The point about the deceptive nature of the word "break" really resonates. I think it's crucial to redefine what a break means, especially for those of us with ADHD. What if we swapped in activities that genuinely recharge us instead of scrolling?

such a good idea! my six would be (non-drug/-cig version 😄), not in any hierarchical order:

1. stretching

2. eat or get/prepare food/snack (I struggle with eating when I'm working)

3. read (I have so many books/articles waiting to be looked at!)

4. nap/lie down

5. go outside and daydream

6. meditate/breathing
